Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The American Pistolsmiths Guild here after referred to as APG its membership and members have
inspected and approved all items for the Seal of Approval as items the APG considers worthy of bestowing the Seal to and as items the APG would use and/or uses and as well recommends.

However the APG shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for injury, death, or damage to property as a result of the intentional or accidental failure of any of the approved items as a result of , whether in whole or in part, improper or careless handling of said approved items. Any and all Warranty and Liability is the sole responsibility of the original manufacture of the items and in no case does APG assume the Warranty and/or the Liability of any or all approved items.
